This workshop is for beginning agriculture teachers who have completed their first year of teaching agriculture. In this workshop we will wrap up and reflect on the first year of teaching agriculture and discuss continuing and meaningful professional advancement and involvement opportunities in the profession. Additionally, participants will engage in a facilitated focus group discussion centered on mentorship experiences.
